1) To make it easier for you to locate an NCS product or service we've collected them in one place. You could search for a specific item in our search box on the main menu or click on the arrow next to the category you wish to see in full.
2) Clicking on one or more specific categories will cause them to expand or collapse, revealing all products within that section.
3) If you have found what you are looking for you can click 'Add to Cart'
which will cause that item to appear in your shopping basket, or you can read more about that item by clicking 'What is this?'.
4) Assuming you have all the items you need in your basket it's time to check out, so click on the Shopping Basket icon and then 'Review' to enter the checkout process.
5) You'll find yourself in Your Cart, which will contain details of the costings of your order. You can delete items from your selction by clicking the 'Remove' box next to that item or enter a campaign code and then 'Update' the total cost. If you have forgotten an item, simply re-enter the webshop and repeat steps 1-4.
6) Scrolling down, you'll see the login/sign up section. If you are not already a registered user of the new ncscolour.com site, you will need to sign up, which takes a few seconds. Otherwise enter your username and password and skip to step 9.
7) Enter your email and choose a password - it's a good idea to take a note of these so you can login quickly next time you visit. Then enter your address details and VAT number if you have one. If you want your products delivered to a different address, check the box and enter the additional details, which will open up below.
8) Click on 'Create User' and you will be signed in and registered. The screen will refresh and take you to the payment selection area. Select either 'Credit Card' or 'Invoice' if you need us to send you an invoice.
9) Check the box to indicate you have read our terms and conditions or click on the link to read more about our T&C's. If you are ready to proceed hit the 'Accept & Pay' arrow.
10) If you have selected 'Credit Card' you will be transported to a secure online payment screen from DIBS. Follow all the steps to complete your order. If you have selected 'Invoice' as your payment method your order will be completed and the screen will refresh to show your Receipt page, complete with your order number. Print this off for your reference.
11) Your order will now be sent to NCS for processing and delivery, at which point we will draw up your invoice. Details of your order will be held on your own Customer Page, which you can access anytime you are signed in by clicking on your email address link which appears in the top right corner underneath the Shopping Cart icon.
12) If you have ordered a digital product, you will be able to download this from your customer page via the link which appears at the bottom of this page. Scroll down your Customer Page to see all details and status of previously placed orders, with the digital download links appearing at the bottom of the page. Downloads will be active for a few days so it is important to download them quickly, saving them to your desktop once the download is complete if you have ordered a PDF download.
